If you are using Identi.ly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your authentication methods, including biometric verification where applicable.

You retain full ownership of all files and content you upload or share through Identi.ly.

By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to:

Important:

Due to our zero-knowledge architecture:

• We do not access or view your content
• We cannot decrypt your files
• We do not claim ownership over your data

7. Encryption and Security

Identi.ly employs strong encryption and authentication measures, including:

• End-to-end encryption
• Biometric-based access control
• Secure key generation tied to user identity

However, you acknowledge that:

• No system is completely immune to risks
• You are responsible for securely managing access to your account and recipients

8. Electronic Signatures

Identi.ly enables electronic signing of documents.

By using this feature, you agree that:

• Electronic signatures are legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law
• You are responsible for ensuring the validity and enforceability of signed documents in your jurisdiction
